Thomas A. Braun, BA, JD, LLM

I am a Vancouver, Canada, based business lawyer licensed to practice in both Canada and the USA.  I graduated from the UBC Allard School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1991.  Subsequently, I briefly worked for the Department of Indian Affairs as a Land Claims Analyst before spending three years as a Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons in Ottawa.  During this time I gained a deep insight into the inner workings of government that I have relied upon to serve my clients when dealing with various government regulators and decision makers.  In addition to founding Braun & Company in 1999, I also founded companies in the life sciences and technology sectors which eventually went public.
