For over 20 years Braun & Company has been serving the business community.   I have assisted many companies with going public and raising capital.  I have represented companies filing with Canadian and US regulators, listed on Canadian and US markets.  Both mining companies and high tech ventures are welcome.  I studied intellectual property and technology licensing law at the University of San Francisco and I am experienced in technology licensing contracts as well as other types of contracts.
